APPRAISAL SERVICES
UWMO-Auctions offers the services of our USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) certified appraisers, who have met the requirements of the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers.
We recognize that each appraisal is intended to meet different needs, and commit ourselves on taking the time to understand the circumstances surrounding each appraisal assignment. We identify and photograph all equipment in detail and do extensive research to ensure that the value that we are providing stands up to scrutiny. We then provide thoroughly documented appraisals with copies in whatever format you require for easy use.
We have appraisal experience with equipment and machinery from single items to complete plants.
UWMO-Auctions.is one of only four AMEA and USPAP certified appraisers in Canada. We are also machinery dealers, active in the market on a daily basis and are therefore in constant touch with changing market conditions.
